This booklet is presenting examples of key topics in current plant research. Our research aims to understand the underlying mechanisms of an optimal plant development as an effort to ensure high productivity with limited use of resources. For this goal to be accomplished good plant health and stress resistance, optimal plant nutrition and balanced plant ingredients are required. To mitigate the impact of climate change, we need to understand which physiological signaling pathways allow plants to adapt to the prevailing environmental conditions.
